Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed within 24 hours (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays) after payment receipt. Shipping is handled by Swiss Post – carbon neutral whenever possible.

• Partial deliveries are possible – at no extra cost to you.
• After two unsuccessful delivery attempts, GRND may withdraw from the contract; any payments already made will be refunded.
• Tracking: You will receive a tracking number in the order confirmation (if available).
